In personnel/employment law: We handle labor, employment and personnel matters before state and federal courts, as well as the MSPB and the EEOC, involving wrongful terminations, prohibited personnel practices, discrimination, handicapping conditions and disability benefits.

 

In trusts and estates: We prepare wills, simple trusts, medical directives and powers of attorney.
